Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions

Pricing

All prices are set in UK pounds sterling inclusive of VAT@ 17.5%

Delivery

Postage and packaging within the UK is free.  All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and items will need to be signed for when received.  Despatch is made same day (Monday – Saturday), as payment is received, via Royal Mail. All reasonable efforts are made to deliver the goods or services.  However, we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control

We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you supply or to the credit card address supplied.  Please note that if the goods are held at the post office depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect 

Returns

You may return items within 28 days of purchase. Items need to be returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase, at which point we will be happy to exchange or refund

When returning items you are strongly adviced to obtain proof of posting. We are unable accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit

A refund to the price of the goods will be issued once all  information and goods are received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our team will contact you

If making a return you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of goods

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been received

For Public Hygiene Legislation reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible

Disclaimer & Liability

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site from time to time.  We will endeavour to ensure that all descriptions and visual representations of items on the site are as accurate as possible

When you place an order, it will be treated as an offer to buy.  If we accept your order, you will receive a confirmatory email with an order number.  This then forms a legal contract between you and us.  We may refuse an order at our discretion if we feel it is necessary.  However in usual cases the confirmatory email gives you the opportunity to check the details, and advice us of any errors, after which the transaction may then proceed

Images & Technology

Images may vary slightly from products due to angles, lighting or close up photography.  We do our best to maintain as accurate image as possible to the product

We update the site regularly however we cannot  guarantee that it is completely free of technical errors, viruses or anything else that may effect technology.  We will endeavour to allow continual access to the site but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.  By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, data, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation whether in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions or use of the site save where such liability cannot be excluded by law

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Legal

The use of this site and any contract of sale between you and us for the sale of products shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales

Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, no part of these terms and conditions are enforceable by anyone who is not a party to them, pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
